You can easily burn between 100 and 120 kcal per 15 minutes of moderate skating, and up to 200 kcal at a brisk pace – and with less strain on your joints than jogging! The dynamic movement effectively boosts your metabolism and creates an afterburn effect that lasts for hours after your workout.
