The AI platform that is redefining the future of wellness

All about AB Epigenetics: the groundbreaking new platform that is rewriting the rules of wellness.

AB Epigenetics: The AI Platform Redefining the Future of Wellness.

AB Epigenetics is the first platform of its kind to combine genetic diagnostics, real-time biomarkers, psychological input, and ancient mind-body principles into a hyper-personalized system. “What we’re doing,” explains Rosier, “is bringing together pre-existing data collections—sleep, hormones, DNA, stress—and translating them into something people can actually use. We’re giving people a daily tool, not a fleeting intervention.”

Deepak, the world-renowned thought leader in integrative medicine and consciousness. Charles Rosier, co-founder of Augustinus Bader, the biotech skincare brand, who’s working on something new that I’m the first person outside of their team to see. It’s AB Epigenetics – a groundbreaking AI-based platform. “Wellness,” he says of the overused term, “is no longer enough. What we need is well-being. Real well-being.”

DEEPAK CHOPRA

What is epigenetics?

According to Chopra, it’s not just the future of medicine—it’s the key to understanding how we live, age, and heal. “Epigenetics means ‘above the genes,'” he explains to me. “It’s the level that controls gene activity—how our experiences, emotions, environment, and behaviors can turn genes on or off.” In other words, your DNA doesn’t have to be your destiny. “Only about five percent of diseases are due to fixed gene mutations,” he says. “The rest is epigenetic—and that means it’s modifiable. That means it’s in your hands.” Chopra has been championing this approach for some time, long before it became mainstream. In his 2015 book, Super Genes, co-authored with Harvard neuroscientist Dr. Rudolph E. Tanzi, who co-discovered the genes linked to Alzheimer’s and is on board with AB Chopra Epigenetics (but more on that in a moment), has researched this concept in depth, and today science supports his ethos.

At the heart of the new platform is your very own AI well-being twin, a digital buddy system that evolves with your biology and behavior. After an initial assessment (including at-home epigenetic testing), your AI twin becomes your coach, advisor, and support system—with dynamic, daily protocols aligned with Chopra’s 11 Pillars of Well-being, which include sleep, exercise, emotional balance, spirituality, relationships, and nutrition.

However, Chopra and Rosier both believe that well-being is about far more than habits and metrics. “Everyone is obsessed with longevity right now,” says Rosier, “but no one is really talking about happiness. That’s the key missing from the biohacking discussion.” He adds, “We’re all trying to live longer—but why? Without emotional well-being, the data doesn’t really matter.” When I asked Chopra directly later in the conversation what his personal concept of well-being was, he didn’t hesitate. “Four components: a joyful, energetic body; a loving, compassionate heart; a calm, creative mind; and ease of being.” A mantra I’ve since jotted down in my phone’s Notes app as life wisdom, but that’s the beauty of this new platform—you can access such pearls of wisdom from Chopra literally at the touch of a button.

And it’s not just him—the list of experts they’ve integrated into the platform is just as impressive as the technology. The platform’s Science and Innovation Council includes the aforementioned Harvard neuroscientist Dr. Rudolph Tanzi, elite sports medicine expert Dr. Ara Suppiah, dermatologist and leading medical humanities expert Dr. Iva Fattorini, biological age-reversal specialist Dr. Feby Maria Puravath, Harvard psychiatrist Dr. Srini Pillay, Ayurvedic scholar Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar, and surgical robotics innovator Dr. Ashutosh Tewari.

The program consists of five consecutive tiers, each offering a deeper level of support and access. It ranges from Tier 1, which offers free access to AI-powered insights based on Chopra’s teachings and Bader’s regenerative science, to Tier 5, which includes personal retreats in luxury wellness centers with advanced diagnostics and Bader treatments, promising a transformation of body and mind.

“We’re creating a system,” says Poonacha Machaiah, AI expert and Chief Technology Officer of the platform, “where the wisdom of Deepak meets the best of biology. And where every user can feel seen, supported, and guided.”

But despite all the intelligence and innovation, the team is clear about one thing: human connection is still important. For the personal experiences that are a key component of the fifth tier, pilot projects are already underway in Florida and New York. “We want to create spaces where people can experience this together,” says Machaiah. “There will be immersive events and meetups—but also partnerships with existing spas and centers, so the platform becomes a kind of global directory of trusted, Chopra-approved destinations.” In his words: “It’s about developing technology for intimacy and conscious community.”

There’s an undeniable utopian quality to the whole thing. But it’s not abstract—it’s actionable. And it’s not just for the elite. “It’s about democratizing access,” Rosier says as we wrap up the conversation. “The cost of [health diagnostic] tests has come down. The intelligence is there. What we’re doing now is integrating it—and making it beautiful, intuitive, and personal.”

It’s no exaggeration to say this could be the future of wellness. It learns you, grows with you, and speaks to your biology in real time. It even speaks your language—any language. This is serious tech, rooted in the soul.
